How EMC2Ops handles website, newsletter, and workflow audit information.

Last updated: 2026-07-21

EMC2Ops provides AI front desk and workflow automation services for property management companies. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and related business forms, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect information you submit through forms, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, portfolio size, workflow needs, preferred meeting time, and message details. Newsletter forms collect your email address, source page, and subscription status.

If you use the EMC2Ops website assistant, we collect the questions and conversation context you choose to submit so the assistant can respond. Do not submit passwords, API keys, resident records, payment information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data through the assistant.

We may also collect technical information such as page URL, browser user agent, basic analytics events, and server logs to operate, secure, and improve the site.

How we use information

Service providers

EMC2Ops may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email, database storage, form routing, notifications, CRM workflows, and automation infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to support the website and business operations.

Website assistant messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The assistant endpoint requests that generated responses are not stored for later retrieval through the API, while OpenAI may still process or retain limited data under its applicable service, safety, and legal terms. EMC2Ops does not include assistant message text in its application logs.

Newsletter choices

Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal by emailing soya@getemc2ops.com.

Data retention

We retain business inquiry and newsletter information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet operational or legal obligations.

Website assistant conversation history may be stored in your browser session so the conversation can continue while you browse the site. Closing the browser tab or clearing site data removes that browser-session copy.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting soya@getemc2ops.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
